You may browse this website and try its demos for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt, damage, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the website, or use it to violate another person's rights or the law. Except as permitted by law or with permission, you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse its content or designs.
Website information may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. An inquiry or demo interaction does not create a paid project agreement.
Demos and previews
The portfolio demos are publicly viewable, local interactive concept designs. They are fictional examples, not commissioned projects or launched client websites. Public access does not imply a client relationship or endorsement.
Demo choices stay in the open page's memory and are not submitted. A demo interaction does not send an inquiry, book a service, place an order, or make a payment. Sample content is illustrative, not evidence of a real business's services or results.
Previews shared with prospective clients are concept drafts, even when accessible by a public link. They may contain temporary copy or demonstration material. A preview being viewable online does not mean a client has approved or launched it.
Any recipient photos, logos, testimonials, or other brand materials included in a preview will not be used commercially without permission. A recipient may not publish or commercially reuse a preview without written permission from Hoehne Digital and the necessary permission for third-party materials.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide photos, logos, text, testimonials, trademarks, and other project materials. Providing those materials gives Hoehne Digital permission to use them only as needed to perform the agreed project.
Projects and payment
Paid work begins only after both parties agree on the scope and payment terms. The written project agreement sets the applicable arrangements, including:
- Pricing, deposits, invoices, taxes, and payment deadlines.
- Deliverables, revisions, schedules, and launch approval.
- Hosting, domains, maintenance, cancellation, and refunds.
This website does not accept payments or use a contact form. Email, phone, and text links are plain links to your own communication apps.
Website credit
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, a completed website may include a small footer credit reading Website by Hoehne Digital, linked to hoehnedigital.com. The credit is attribution only, not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or ownership. White-label work or removal of the credit must be agreed before launch.
Ownership
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, finished website files and designs transfer to the client after the agreed project is paid in full. Hoehne Digital retains its reusable methods, tools, templates, and pre-existing materials. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Portfolio permission
Hoehne Digital will not use a client's photos, logo, testimonials, screenshots, or other brand materials commercially in a portfolio or marketing without permission. Any portfolio arrangement may be stated separately in the project agreement. The fictional demos on this website are not a list of client commissions.
Third-party services
Hosting, domain, email, and telephone services are operated by independent providers under their own terms. External links do not mean Hoehne Digital controls the linked service. This website self-hosts its fonts and images and includes no analytics scripts.
A client project may use other services if agreed for that project. Provider changes or outages are outside Hoehne Digital's control; any project-specific support responsibilities are set by the project agreement.
Results and liability
Hoehne Digital does not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales, revenue, or other business result. Website examples and demos are not promises of performance.
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided without a guarantee that they will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the applicable project agreement, Hoehne Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delivered work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. Project termination, unfinished work, payment obligations, and file delivery are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any rights that apply under mandatory law.
These terms may be updated as the website or services change. The date above identifies the latest update. Updating this page does not by itself change an existing written project agreement.
